Terms of Service

1. Service Scope: We provide recurring e-commerce design, development, and operational support on a best-effort basis, within defined tasks.

2. Fees & Commission: Subscriptions renew monthly; fees are due at each billing cycle start. A 15% commission on top-line revenue is invoiced monthly and payable on net-30 terms. Late or failed payments may suspend Service.

3. Cancellation: Cancel anytime via written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds.

4. Revisions & Requests: We allow reasonable revisions. Excessive demands may require an upgraded plan or additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property: You own final deliverables upon full payment; we may showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Confidentiality: We respect your sensitive information and use it only for providing the Service.

7. Disclaimers: The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee sales, traffic, or specific results.

8. Liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last three months.

9. Indemnification: You agree to defend and hold us harmless against claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10. Modifications: We may update the Service or these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

11. Governing Law & Disputes: Governed by applicable local laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of our primary business location.
